FAQ’s
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure Stripe payment system. All payments are processed using software that complies with PCI standards and uses HTTPS encryption.
- Prints sized 15x15cm and 20x20cm are shipped flat in an envelope,
- Prints sized 30x30cm print size will be sent rolled.
- Prints sized 5×7” inch are shipped flat in an envelope.
- Prints sized 8.3″ x 11.7″ (A4) will be sent rolled. US and AU sent flat.
Prints and Stickers arrive separately.
All my packaging is 100% recyclable. Sustainably sourced paper or wood. Plastic-free.
All print sizes are listed in both inches and centimetres on each product page.
We ship Internationally to most countries around the world!
If you don’t see your country when checking out be sure to let us know, there may be a reason for why we don’t ship there.
All prints and stickers are made to order and take up to 2-4 business days for your order to be printed before shipping.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and will more accurately be shown on checkout page:
- UK orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days after dispatch
- USA orders typically arrive within 1–7 business days after dispatch
- European orders typically arrive within 2–14 business days after dispatch
- International orders, please allow up to 21 business days after dispatch
If you choose to upgrade the shipping method at checkout, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. All USA orders will be sent tracked.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
We have a 3 hour cancellation window after initial purchase. After the three hour window, we are unable to accept cancellations.
To cancel your order, log into your account, go to My Orders, and click the cancellation request button on your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been reviewed.
Please note: cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to review. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
Refunds
If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be returned to your original payment method. Refunds are processed immediately on our end, however Stripe typically takes 5–10 business days to return the funds to your account depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
As all prints are made to order we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However if your order arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us at info@whimsywillowstudio.com within 2 days of receiving your order with your name, order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item and we will be happy to resolve this for you.
If your tracking shows as delivered but you haven’t received your order, please first check with neighbours and any safe spaces around your property. If you still cannot locate your parcel please contact your local post office with your tracking number. If the issue remains unresolved please contact us at info@whimsywillowstudio.com and we will do our best to help.
Your personal data is only used to fulfil your order and for internal marketing purposes if you have opted in. We will never sell your data to third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
